About a weekly monthly charge

Monthly Mansion Fee

Basically, the fee will be the sum of the rent(1)＋Energy and water costs (2)＋cleaning fees(3).

(1) Rent

Rent for each Monthly Mansion is rent/day × numbers of days.In case that 2 persons are living together, \525/day (tax included) will be added for additional person.

※Consumption tax will not be charged if the period is longer than 30 days.

(2) Energy and water costs

This costs will be \650/day (tax included)×numbers of days.In case that 2 persons are living together, \300/day (tax included) will be added for each additional person.

(3) Cleaning fee

To ensure a pleasant stay for our customers, apartments are cleaned by professional cleaners upon your moving out. Cleaning fee depends on how long you stay, starting from \15.750 (tax included).

(4) VERY IMPORTANT POINTS

FOR THE KEYS OF THE ROOM THE NORMAL AND OFICIAL PROCEDURE IS TO PICK THE KEYS AT THE OFFICE.

※THE CLEANING FEE IS FOR CLEANING THE ROOM AFTER YOU LEAVE. IT IS NOT A DAILY CLEANING

※A MONTHLY APARTMENT IS LIKE AN APARTMENT, JUST FOR SHORT TIME AND WITH FURNITURE. DO NOT EXPECT A HOTEL LIKE SERVICE

※For example, should you loose your key at Friday night you will have to solve the problem by yourself until Monday

※Several customers had trouble using Outlook for sending mails through the internet in our rooms. We cannot solve this matter

※We do not pay back any money back if you leave earlier than expected

※We charge a deposit that you will get 100% back by normal conditions AFTER leaving the room, it will take us from one week to one month to pay back.

Payment for Monthly Mansion

We will send a bill. Please send money within 5 days.

Credit cards listed below are also accepted.

General Conditions

Please check your arrival time. We close our office around 18:00, so if you arrive at Narita Airport after 14:00 we would advice you to sleep that night in a hotel.
We will ask you for 50.000 yen deposit. The deposit will be given back AFTER giving the keys back, and leaving the room.IT MAY TAKE ONE MONTH. Please notice also that we usually dont work at weekends and national holidays. Our office working hours are from 10:00 to 18:00
The transfer fee will be discounted from the deposit (around 4000 yen, depending on the bank and the amount). We may use cheaper transfer methods like PayPal or Postal transfer

Contract period of Monthly Mansion

The contract period should be longer than 14days. Anyway, by shorter periods, please consult us.

Extension of contract period

Our Monthly Mansion contracts employ a fixed period rental system. Therefore, if you wish to extend your contract, the original contract is not renewed but a new contract is made.

○Extendible contracts

If you wish to extend your contract, please apply for an extension 7 days prior to the termination date.

(By way of exception, if the apartment is not booked for other customers upon termination of your contract, you can apply for an extension without 7 days prior notice.)

○Non-Extendable contracts

If you have a fixed-term contract, your contract is non-extendible. However, if the apartment is not booked for other customers upon termination of your contract, then you can extend your contract.

Discount of Monthly Mansion fee

We offer discounts for repeat customers, customers whose length of stays are predetermined or customers who stay for longer periods of time.

○Discount for repeat customers

We offer a 5％ discount on rent of the 1st month for repeat customers.

○Discount for fixed-term customers

If your length of stay is predetermined at the time you move in, we offer a 5％ discount on rent of every 14 days. (Extending or shortening of contract period is not accepted)

○Discount for customers with longer terms

If your period of stay is over 3 months, we offer a discount rate starting from the 3rd month. This service only covers LM Suginami Koenji, LM Higashi Koenji, LM Takinogawa, LM Higashi Ginza, Towa Hacchobori Co-op.

Monthly Mansion Cleaning Service

We offer a cleaning service of your room (\12,600/once) as well as a replacement service of your linen (\3,150). Please feel free to ask for details.
